Grey-Winged Blackbird

A species of bird in the thrush family is the grey-winged blackbird (Turdus boulboul). It is found from the Himalayas to northern Vietnam in South-eastern Asia. Subtropical or tropical moist montane forests are its natural habitat.

The Grey-winged Blackbird has a length of around 28 cm. It has a brown iris, an orange mouth, and dark brown feet.

In comparison to the remainder of the black plumage, the male bird resembles a blackbird but has large gray wing patterns. With gray scales, the belly is black, the beak is more orange than a blackbird, and the eyes are yellow.

The female is all olive-brown With slight reddish-brown patches on the wings.
